Our production facility at KIZAD’s Polymers Park is equipped with more than six injection moulding machines with capacities ranging from 200 to 450 tons. The facility also includes in-house printing and hot stamping capabilities, supporting a range of plastic manufacturing requirements.Our current production capabilities include 20-litre industrial pails, 4-litre industrial pails, 52 mm air freshener caps and IKEA-model cloth hangers.

Injection Moulding
Capital Plastic Factory operates a well-organized production facility equipped with more than 6 injection moulding machines, with capacities ranging from 200 to 450 tons. This manufacturing setup enables the company to produce a diverse range of industrial and consumer plastic products while maintaining consistent quality and meeting client requirements. The facility currently supports the production of 20-litre industrial-purpose pails, 4-litre industrial-purpose pails, 52 mm air freshener caps and IKEA-model cloth hangers. With experienced production supervisors, a dedicated workforce and in-house quality control, every product is monitored throughout the manufacturing process to ensure reliable production and timely delivery.Â
Printing
Capital Plastic Factory also provides in-house printing capabilities as part of its manufacturing operations, allowing product finishing and printing requirements to be handled within the company’s own production environment. This in-house capability supports the company’s focus on delivering complete and tailored packaging solutions while maintaining greater control over production requirements. Combined with its injection moulding operations and quality control processes, the printing facility contributes to the company’s ability to serve customers across diverse sectors, including paint, adhesives, construction chemicals, oil and grease, and cosmetics.Â
Hot Stamping
Capital Plastic Factory offers in-house hot stamping capability as part of its integrated manufacturing setup, supporting the finishing and presentation requirements of its plastic products and packaging solutions. Having this capability within the production facility allows the company to manage additional product requirements alongside its core injection moulding operations and quality control processes. The company’s well-organized shop floor, experienced and self-driven workforce, production supervision and commitment to delivering products according to client requirements provide the operational foundation for these in-house capabilities.Â
